Did you know that in Wisconsin, we produce more than 3 billion pounds of cheese annually? That’s straight up CRAZY! But I really can’t knock it; as I’m not sure how I would live without a cheese factory being within driving distance from my house.
Going Back to my Cheese Roots
My earliest memory of visiting a cheese factory dates back to the mid-1980s when I was about 3 or 4 years-old. We lived close to Hustisford, a small town south-central Wisconsin, in which the closest cheese factory was located, Radloff’s Cheese.
